Elora is envisioned as Andhra Pradesh's first Grade A commercial office tower, positioned in Vizag's emerging business corridor. The project is not just about creating office space, it is about establishing a new benchmark for how businesses experience infrastructure in the state.
This case study captures the process of building a brand that reflects this shift—from identity to communication, and finally, to a printed experience that carries the same weight as the architecture itself.
The challenge was not to make it look premium, but to make it feel certain. To move away from decorative luxury and towards something more enduring, structure, clarity, and quiet confidence. In the end, the project became less about branding a building, and more about defining a standard.
